manchester university-1The 2016 Development Informatics Scholarship - worth £17,000 - is

available for developing country applicants to the _one-year MSc ICT4D

programme_[1]; creating ICT4D champions.

It is also tenable on the _MSc Management and Information Systems

programme_[2]; which develops “hybrid” information systems


Applicants apply first for the programme.  On receipt of an offer, they

send a scholarship application statement by end April 2016.  Scholarship

covers all tuition fees.  Application and eligibility details at: _
